On an ever-growing frequency, the Public Administrations chose to retain the general services contract based on high quality results we delivered to the client. “We generate variable remuneration systems based on the attendance control and by hours in the quality obtained in the service and information generated by information systems (e.g. CMMS ‘s – Systems Maintenance Management Computer Aided, control systems face hours of subcontractors, etc.). We provide the objectives and relevant indicators to the calculation of the variable remuneration on the actual implementation of the service. Thus, the Administration only pays for what it actually gets.”
