CIAS COM has implemented a Rationalisation and Energy Management Plan during the 2016 accounting period that includes almost 300 legal buildings of this Public Administration. In an initial stage CIAS COM optimised the contracting of electricity supplies and established an energy accounting system. Subsequently a monitoring system was implemented to allow the control of 70% of the electricity consumption of the total number of buildings of the Ministry of Justice. The energy management software used was DEXCell Energy Manager of the company DEXMA, of which CIAS COM is a Gold Partner. The energy management system has achieved an annual consolidated savings of over 1.5 M\u20ac (22% of the energy expenses for electricity).
